    Bright Spot Connection Event

    Saturday, April 11, 2026 9 am - Noon

    Bright Spot is a chance for families to connect, take a breather, and have fun! Open to foster/kinship/adoptive children and their siblings, ages 6 weeks and up. Come for a time of connection with other parents then leave your kids with trauma trained volunteers, knowing they’re in safe and caring hands. Whether you need to run errands, grab dinner, or simply recharge- we’re here to support you.

    Filled Local Denver

    Friday, May 1 - Saturday, May 2, 2026

    Filled Local is a special two-day gathering created just for foster, adoptive, and kinship moms sponsored by The Filled Gathering, a national initiative by Foster the Family. On May 1–2, we’ll come together at Harbor Church in Westminster for a weekend designed to help you feel seen, supported, and refreshed.

    The Haven Impact will be gifting scholarships to four moms who have recently received a care package. So be sure to check your emails the week of April 6th!

    We are grateful to the Triad Early Childhood Council for this recognition and for their commitment to the well-being of children and families in our community.

    This award isn’t just for The Haven Impact team—it belongs to the foster parents who open their hearts and homes again and again, to the case workers who work tirelessly behind the scenes, and to every child who reminds us why this work matters.

    Crafting & Coffee Fundraiser

    Saturday, October 4, 2025 10 am - Noon

    What a great time we had crafting, drinking yummy coffee, and indulging in delicious homemade treats with sweet friends!

    A total of 18 pairs of shoes were donated and we raised $2,507! Thanks to everyone who came and supported us! Special thanks to our sponsors: Sherwood Financial Partners, The Boundy Family Charitable Fund, The Oaks Family Charitable Fund, Gallery on the Go, and Sweet Bloom Coffee Roasters.

    BrightSpot

    Saturday, September 6, 2025 4:30-8pm

    What an amazing kickoff event this was! In collaboration with Colorado Kids Belong, RISE, Harbor Church, and Foothills Calvary, we were able to host about 50 kids and most of their caregivers for a time of connection and fun.

    With 49 guests in attendance, we raised over $1,000 and collected 27 pairs of shoes — all thanks to the generosity of our incredible community.
